Project Summary
As soon as Jennifer Handy received her real-estate license she knew that if she wanted to compete in the real-estate business she would have to make a name for herself very fast. She reached out to Sunrise Design to achieve this goal. Like most agents that join a brokerage, she was given a template-based website on her agency's website, but that wasn't enough. We quickly branded her as a unique real-estate agent and allowed her to easily and creatively list her properties.
We developed her own Property Listing Manager that allowed her to manage all of her properties on the website. Once listed in the manager, anyone coming to the website can easily search for that property based on specific criteria. Another added benefit was the ability of the property manager to push those listings straight out to the search engines, so someone looking for a specific property can be directed right to Jennifer's website.
We also developed a custom Home Valuation Tool that allows for sellers to come in and quickly get in touch with Jennifer regarding the sale of their home.
